Start Date: 12th July.
Leicester / Home Working
GBP18,500 raising to GBP20,000 after the first year. Plus, Bonus and overtime.
Monday to Friday - Shift between 8am and 5pm. 1 in 4 Saturdays required.
Hours: 37.5 hours contract per week, overtime paid at a premium.
SF Recruitment is currently recruiting several Customer Service Agents for a leading business based in Leicester. The role will be working from home after three weeks of initial training in the office. You will be taking high volume inbound calls and managing outbound campaigns during quieter periods. Identify opportunities to add value to the customer journey, through service delivery and promoting additional service options to our customers.
Our client is looking for individuals that have experience in a high-pressure customer-facing environment, along with experience of working in a call centre environment, receiving a high volume of calls. You must be PC literate in MS Office, Excel and Word
In return, we offer a starting salary of GBP18,500 which increases 6 months plus to GBP19,000and after 12 months to GBP20,000 plus bonus and overtime. 25 days holiday pro rata, plus statutory entitlement and death in service
