IT Support Analyst / Infrastructure Analyst
I am working with a Kent based company who are looking for someone with a solid background in Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure and VMware with any Dell/HP hardware or Cisco knowledge a real advantage.
The role will be to work with their clients delivering infrastructure related projects from upgrades, installations and migrations to complete system overhauls. To be considered for this position you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
Previous experience of working within a client focused environment, ideally delivering infrastructure projects
Knowledge of cloud infrastructures, Azure and Office365
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware or Hyper-V
Knowledge of Cisco equipment, including switch and router configuration and installation an advantage
Experience build laptops/PC's including installation of software and hardware etc
Experience of working with clients to implement/design new solutions would be a real advantage.
Possess a very customer service focused approach, this role will involve working directly with customers to resolve issues and delivery projects
