Site Manager (Freelance)
My client is well respected, well established client, they are looking for a Site Manager to run a 12 week GBP 1 million contract in Grimsby, the job will be a refurb of an industrial unit.
The Role of the site Manager
Sign In Induction
Liaison with Client (Food Factory)
Compliance with Hygiene and site rules/safety.
Coordination with subbies.
X2 Fire alarm upgrade
Toilet refurb
Large Piled Water Tank Slab.
CDM for other sundry Alterations.
Ideally 'mucking' in - but not essential
The Ideal Site Manager:
Will be commutable to Grimsby
Have in Date SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card.
Be able to start by the latest the 7th July and be able to commit to the full 12 weeks.
Be happy mucking in.
Be happy dealing with the site Manager.
The Benefits of the Site Manager role:
GBP20-25 per hour (CIS or umbrella)
