As our Training Coordinator you'll ensure all Pontefract colleagues receive optimal induction, quality and compliance training which is delivered and recorded to the correct standards.
You'll monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programmes and provide monthly reports.
You'll be an active member of the Education and Training Pillar Team, ensuring that appropriate advice and guidance is provided to key stakeholders regarding the development and standardisation of training and assessment processes and procedures.
Our colleagues on the factory floor are engaged, keen to learn and develop their skills. We need your experience to bring their potential to life.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Training Coordiantor, ideally from a similar Food FMCG environment/background and some understanding of food manufacturing, mechanical and engineering training.

Key knowledge, skills and experience:
* Previous training experience delivering and facilitating training courses
* Worked in a food manufacturing or other manufacturing environment
* Able to demonstrate planning and organising skills
* Capable of working independently and able to prioritise and manage a varied workload
* Evidence of building strong working relationships with key stakeholders
* Computer-literate - Microsoft packages
