Our client is an independent housing association providing excellent housing management services to over 5,200 tenants and 260 leaseholders in Gloucester.
They are looking for a knowledgeable and well-experienced individual who can lead and supervise their in-house repairs team of multi-skilled trade's engineers and sub-contractors delivering a first-class repairs and maintenance service to their residents and homes.
You'll have effective organisational and planning skills, and an ability to liaise with and keep their customers informed and at the centre of their service.
Accountable for the on-site management of their internal trades engineers & external contractors including health & safety, you should be able to identify, specify and advise on required repairs. You will take a lead on undertaking 121's and development of a team as well as team performance & audits.
You will report directly into their PropertyCare Repairs and will support them in the operational running of the responsive repairs & maintenance teams including liaising with their scheduling and customer service teams.

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week as well as participating as duty manager on our out of hour's rota.
