Role: Commerical Plumber
Start Date: 01/08/2021
Rate: GBP30,000
Location: Maidenhead
Hours available: 8 hours a day, normally form 8:00 - 16:30 but will depend on the contract.

Our client delivers high technology cleanroom, laboratory solutions and complex M&E services in a creative environment. They rationalise and develop designs that challenge the traditional way of thinking to deliver a high quality facility in a matter of weeks rather than months.
With nearly 5 million worth of turn over confirmed, the company's projects are rolling in and they are looking to expand rather than settle. Our client is expecting a team of hardworking individuals who are motivated to grow and complete their qualifications to join them in some exciting and interesting projects.
Duties:
To ensure that end result is to the Client's satisfaction and achieves design specification, as per
instructions from the Senior Mechanical Manager.
To carry out the installation of mechanical services including heating hot water and ventilation systems
Adherence to applicable statutory legislation, Client specific policies, and company health and safety
Work individually or as part of a team to deliver the outcomeRequirements:
3 Years post apprenticeship experience in commercial and industrial installations.
Clean driving licence.
NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or higher essential
Unvented hot water (G3) certification essential
Previous working experience of commercial drainage, domestic services and heating installations essential
Previous knowledge of steel barrel pipework installations essential.
CSCS Card, PASMA, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness, Manual handling and First Aid - desirable and will be required in the long term.
Read and understand drawings and specifications
Ability to work at height and in confined spaces.
Diagnostic information gathering, analytical & forward thinking with technical expertise
High level security clearances will be required and will include advanced DBS checks
