This is a mid-level position within the international team, reporting directly to VP of Sales and Business Development for EurAsia. The role will be based in Ringwood, Hampshire.
Responsibilities
Management of the EurAsia sales team
The mapping of Regional Targets to individual remits within the sales team
Monitoring, managing, coaching and motivating members of the sales team to consistently deliver or exceed targets
Recruit and train new members to the sales team
Determine and implement a balanced workload and sales opportunity across the sales team
Provide full support to sales team members in all aspects of tactical engagement with major customers
Development and implementation of sales bonus schemes that motivate and reward the achievement of targets
Support the development and the monitoring of pricing protocols and ensure commercial due diligence by the team in the quotation and invoicing process
Maintain commercial awareness of competitive pricing and positioning across the territory
Sales strategy and process management
The development and execution of sales strategy for Europe and Asia; while maintaining corporate alignment with the Americas team
Timely inspection of KPIs against agreed targets and provision of associated regular management reports
Monitor team adherence to sales process and the maintenance of data completeness and integrity within the CRM system to ensure efficiency, focus and profitability
Determine and execute refinements and improvements to the sales process in line with changing business objectives
Territorial and Account development
Development and execution of target territory plans and the maintenance of relationships with new or existing territory sales channels
Support business development and marketing initiatives and programs to address changing market dynamics and the engagement and cultivation of new customers
Marketing and Operational interface
Maintain the forward schedule at an optimal frequency of public courses for all designated regional training centres
Execute the course confirmation/cancellation protocol in line with booking thresholds for all public courses
The creation and contribution to ideas for improvement to the account development process, marketing initiatives (including account-based marketing) and operational improvements
