As our Operations Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including the maintenance of the office facilities and a variety of administration tasks.

 

You will be based in our Bristol Centre. You may have to work from home once or twice a week, but you will predominantly be office-based. We’ve ensured the Centre is set up to make sure our staff, young people and volunteers feel safe. Here is a video we’ve made for our young people to show them how!

 

You will keep the office a safe and pleasant environment to work in, by ensuring that Health and Safety requirements are met. This will include working with the Operations Support Manager to continue to make the centre is COVID safe.

 

To be successful in this role, you must have a good understanding of the challenges young people within the Trust’s target groups face to assist our teams in delivering a first-class experience. You will often be the first person our young people come in contact with, so it is essential that they feel welcomed in a non-judgemental atmosphere.

 

Please note, our organisation is currently transforming and we are currently undergoing changes to our structures. Therefore, there will be opportunities for you to apply for permanent vacancies once they become available this summer.

You have outstanding communication, listening and people skills, as you’ll be providing a professional and welcoming reception to visitors, both in-person and over the phone.
You have excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise workloads, as there will often be competing priorities and deadlines to meet.
You have previously used Microsoft Office packages and can complete data input tasks within agreed timeframes and to required data quality standards.
