We are currently recruiting an Operations Manager to work for one of our Yorkshire based NHS clients. The role is working 12 hours shifts and will involve working some weekends. The position is initially for 5 months, with the possibility of extension.
The main duties will reverberate around providing operation support to specific centres across the Yorkshire area. This will involve:
* Reporting complex data to senior management.
* Capacity planning.
* Ensuring all centres have access to key equipment and supplies.
* Taking the lead in resolving operational issues.
* Proactively looking at any potential issues that may arise.
* Dealing with system level incidents, and providing post incident root causes analysis for rapid learning potential.
* Monitoring media coverage including social media.
