Your role at Orbit.

FTC till end of March 2022

Great opportunity for a process led individual to support our Responsive repairs team. You will be responsible for reviewing process, systems and data against actual service delivery to ensure contractual agreements are met.

You will focus on any financial leakage and put measures in place to reduce and reclaim where needed. You will support budgetary performance and liase with finance teams to ensure correct reporting.

You will be able to work independently, have experience of communicating to internal and external stakeholders and be able to manage timescales effectively. You will have experience in reporting and preparing work for review and audit. Strong excel skills are a must for this role. The team work in an Agile manner, so working week will be a mix of home based and 1 - 2 days in the office (Stratford or Coventry)

* Proficient in MS Officer especially MS Excel

* Excellent communication skills - with ability to work remotely

* Structured approach to problem solving

* Analytical experience - ability to review and interpret data

* Report writing experience.
