Reports to MD / General Manager
Salary: GBP35,000 plus bonus, OTE GBP55,000 per annum, paid monthly in arrears

My client, an owner run SME business with a strong focus on service delivery and online business services is looking to bring on a Sales Manager to assist with driving sales objectives & managing a small but dedicated team in delivering their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Exceed own, individual and group team sales of products and services
* Delivery of Sales Strategy milestones
* Decisively lead the sales team and monitor success incl. performance reviews / training and support
* Directly handle the sales and acquisition of key opportunities, key accounts and tender requests
* Represent the business at events and webinars effectively
* Maintain and progress the highest level of customer service and response with strategic goals
* Reactively manage the distribution of inbound enquiries from multiple channels and time zones
* Monitor and nurture the progress of the entire team pipeline
* Pro-actively generate new areas of business
* Recruitment, Retention and training of sales team
* Drive very high standards of CRM data clarity to enable robust workflow and reporting
As Sales Manager, you will be directly responsible for the sales strategy of the team and ensuring team members are motivated, engaged and enjoy their day-to-day role. This business is built on teamwork and a warm, motivational leadership style is integral to the day-to-day success.
