If you have excellent data and CRM skills along with outstanding customer service and account management skills, and a clear understanding of project management plus the ability to support user-teams and our CRM Champions in improving our ways of working, then this is the role for you!

You will need:

Experience of business partnering with internal stakeholders, promoting cross-team working through regular meetings, consulting and advising on pieces of work/projects that have Data & CRM involvement and empowering users to feel confident in their use of data and CRM.

Advanced technical knowledge of a range of database marketing techniques, including data structure in relational database management systems.

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at different levels of seniority.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and take responsibility for own workloads, handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines. High level of accuracy and an eye for detail are also essential.
