The Board of Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistants on a permanent or temporary contract. (The temporary contract is to cover maternity leave)

Lampard Community School is an over subscribed and thriving special school. We cater for children aged 5-16 with complex needs, all of whom have speech, language, communication and interaction needs (SLCN) and are working significantly below age related expectations. All of our students have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

We require a number of Teaching Assistants to join our committed team of SEND practitioners. You will be required to support students with their learning and during mid-morning and lunch breaks. You will be available to start at 8.45am each day. Previous experience and training in working with pupils with special educational needs would be desirable.

This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
