Our client is one of the leading employers in the area and are seeking an experienced and highly motivated customer focused individual to join their Customer First team on a 9 - 12 month contract.

Job Description:

* Understanding the issues surrounding Vulnerable Customers, and take referral calls from the teams to ensure they are appropriately handled

* Undertaking checks on work completed by the Customer Service teams

* Ensure appropriate standards are being met, and that customer outcomes are appropriate

* Undertake the investigation behind customer complaints

* Assist in the monitoring of queues, call volumes and response times

* Listen to sample calls and provide constructive advice to team members

* Ensure a consistently high quality of calls across the teams

* Understand the principles of Customer First and ensure that these are consistently applied

* Work with the Business Change team to assist with the embedding of any changes

Person Specification

* Must be educated to GCSE level 5 grade A - C (minimum C grade in both Math's & English)

* Previous customer service and call handling experience is essential

* Previous experience of dealing with Vulnerable Customers

* Comfortable providing feedback to teams

* Previous experience of handling incoming telephone calls

* Strong administrative and organisational ability and a keen attention to detail

* Confident, clear and professional telephone manner

Additional Information:

* Based in Epsom

* Up to GBP25,000

* Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
