The Company:
We are excited to be working for a prestigious real estate agency who pride themselves on supporting homeowners, landowners, and landlords across Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, and Greater London. Due to growth, they are now looking for a Chartered Rural Surveyor to work flexible from one of their strategically placed offices. Their team of dedicated Chartered Surveyors have many years of experience working in both the private and public sector. This gives them a unique set of skills and insight to be able to help and advise their clients on any type of planning project.
The Role:
The successful Rural Surveyor will take on a varied role with a wide range of professional work. This will include providing strategic advice to both landlords and tenants, as well as estate management.
The Person:
You will be an experienced Chartered Surveyor from a Rural, or residential background. Whilst FAAV and CAAV qualifications are desirable, these are not essential. Experience in General Practice works and Rural Surveying is essential.
In Return:
In return, you'll work for a forward-thinking organisation, who will offer a highly competitive salary along with a clear route for progression
