Due to our continued and exciting growth we have some brand-new opportunities within our Recruitment Team!

There has never been a better time to join Next, and as a Recruitment Resourcer, some of your key duties will include:

Support candidates through the volume recruitment process across Warehousing, Distribution and Customer services, liaising and engaging with candidates providing them with an exceptional service and positive experience of Next.
Provide a highly customer service orientated service to candidates and hiring managers both face to face and over the phone, always remaining professional, and displaying the core values of Next.
Meet and exceed daily / weekly recruitment targets & KPIs.
Give feedback on interview performance to candidates.
Upload vacancies onto the applicant tracking system, Company website and any applicable job sites.
Manage and respond to internal and external candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide support for recruitment fairs, open days and other resourcing events.
Record via the ATS and recruitment dashboards updates of all vacancy and candidate activities.
Assist with the offer and new starter process and collate required documentation.
Flexibly support the wider recruitment team when required.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
