We are seeking a Procurement Partner Manager, who will report directly to the Global Head of Procurement.
In this new role for Electrosonic, you will be part of a newly formed global procurement team. You will be responsible for defining and leading the Electrosonic subcontractor and delivery partner strategy for EMEA initially and then Globally potentially. Responsible for all elements of the Electrosonic's onboarding, sourcing, management, and delivery through partners including subcontractor delivery partners. You will develop and maintain a deep knowledge base of regional and global partners for AV installation, design and maintenance services. You will work closely with our operations and delivery teams to ensure we have the right partners in the right geographies at the right time and price. This role will require a formal vendor evaluation process and continuous review our existing supplier database with a goal of delivering quality services to our customers.
What you will be doing?
• Owning the end-to-end process of onboarding all regional and global delivery partners and subcontractors.
• Benchmarking and negotiating subcontracts including rates, contractual agreements ensuring we flow down all relevant customer obligations and risks. for e.g. HSSE, Mitigating Insurance Risks, Liability terms etc.
• Working with sales and the delivery organisation to build, develop and optimise our delivery partner network at the right place, the right time and price to the expected quality standard.
• Managing partner governance and compliance to Electrosonic, legislative and client obligations.
• Working with the key stakeholders , you will coordinate logistics of the partners including resourcing and scheduling.
• Minimising Electrosonic's operational and commercial risks with the partners
• Leading regular delivery partner business reviews to align strategies and commercial frameworks.
• Delivering regular reporting, data and metrics with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Experience and knowledge of current products and vendors in audio, video and low voltage control markets and/or related industries preferred
What qualifications are required?
1. A Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, project management, economics, finance, business management, or a related area.
2. Experience in subcontract management would be ideal
3. Proficiency with computers and standard office programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft BI beneficial
