The Role
As a Plumber you will be carrying out all types of plumbing work, including reactive plumbing, installing cylinders, tracing and fixing leaks, cold water storage tanks and general maintenance.
The company provide all plumbers with a comprehensive induction program and on-going training to enhance their skills and give you the expertise needed to deliver excellent service and build a secure future.
What we are looking for:
You will be a qualified plumber (S/NVQ3 or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing, or similar) with confidence and creditability with effective customer relationship and communication skills. You will be flexible and available for on-call rota every 4 weeks.
To be right for this role you will have:
* Competency in the safe operation of all necessary plant and equipment.
* Current full manual driving licence valid for use within the UK.
* Knowledge of domestic maintenance plumbing.
* Computer literacy to operate tablet computer.
* Commercial know-how: Managing for value, understanding customers, Problem solving to diagnose the defect.
* Product promotion and selling skills.
* Numerical skills to calculate customer bills.
* Ability to prioritise deliverable and plan accordingly.
