The role will require your sound communication, planning and IT skills to assist and advise key stakeholders and line management. The position also provides an opportunity to work in a fast-growing IT and data management company, that encourages personal development and independent thinking.
The Role:
Handling incoming incidents and requests via telephone and email, including assessment, prioritisation and investigation in line with Incident Management and Request Fulfilment processes.
Providing support for workstation, phone, server and network technologies.
Following internal documented processes and procedures, to ensure incident and request resolution are completed to agreed Organisation Level Agreements.
Identifying and troubleshooting Server and Network incidents and acting according to departmental processes
Administration of internal support systems
Collaborating with other internal IT teams to work towards the achievement of departmental objectives, and thus aligning to business objectives.
Delivering an exceptional degree of customer service; ensuring that our customers benefit from clear communications and effective resolution.You will need:
A genuine interest and enthusiasm for IT support and management of IT systems.
A background in IT or computer technology with a desire to apply this knowledge in a support services environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to identify, analyse and troubleshoot problems.Working Hours:
37.5 hour week, working a 7.5 hour shift on a rota basis between 6am and 10pm Monday to Sunday (5 out of 7 days)
