Position: Driving Instructor
Location: Norfolk Region
Hours: Many hours available with working schedule at your discretion
Earning: Up to GBP35,000 per year (Example and Proven)

With a very high national and local pass rate, which is backed up with official DSA figures, we are looking for an Instructor who can grow with our reputable company to continue achieving and helping students to pass.
What will you do?
You will be planning and tailoring one-to-one lessons to each individual student, ensuring a safe learning environment at all times. Utilising your experience, you will help students develop confidence in their driving skills, and educate on the parts and functions of a vehicle, and on-road regulations to eventually advise when they are ready for their theory and practical tests.
You must always adhere to the professional standards for Driving Instructors set by the DVSA.
What will you need?
We are looking for a trustworthy Driving Instructor who has a current Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) badge, reputable experience as a driving instructor with a good success rate of helping students pass and a full DBS.
Due to the nature of this role, you should be an strong communicator and coach with good interpersonal and people skills. Technically you have to be able to tailor instructions to meet the needs of each individual student and display excellent patience and enthusiasm
