Talented Property Funding Solicitor sought for a leading financial services business in Suffolk.
This is a rare opportunity for a driven Property Funding Solicitor with 1+ year's PQE to join our client's thriving firm in Ipswich. The successful candidate will assist with a broad range of property funding matters, whilst ensuring excellent client care at all times. This role is fully office-working.

Responsibilities
Preparing legal documentation
Charges on residential and commercial property in relation to business lending
Land Registry searches
Registering charges
Advising on the technical content of legal documents and their financial implications
Liaising with clients and other professionals
Drafting and negotiating agreements with third parties
Preparing authorisation and permission with the financial authority
Assisting in general compliance matters
Assisting in general governance, board meetings and minute taking
Assist in debt collection matters where an escalation is required
The Candidate
Solicitors with at least 1 year's PQE
Previous experience in conveyancing is required
Excellent communication and client care skills
Has great attention to detail
IT proficient
