Prescient Group are working with an international, specialist organisation in their field for a French speaking Customer Service specialist.
Location: Warrington
Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP25,000
Contract: Permanent
* Dealing with inbound B2B queries from clients and companies from France
* Helping to find resolutions to queries and product knowledge including pricing.
* Building close relationships with the internal sales team to find solutions for clients
Ideal candidate skills:
* Bi-lingual English / French language skills (written and verbal)
* Team player
* Solutions orientation
* Experience of working in technical customer services.
* If you have experience of SAP it would be desirable
* Strong IT and MS office
* Providing a first class customer service experience
