National Sales Manager - Industrial Air Filtration - North West - GBP50k to GBP60k + Benefits

About the Company

Our client is a world leading supplier and developer of products and solutions within the environmental technology sector. An established business they are committed to providing industrial air filtration and extraction products across the UK and Ireland.

As a member of the management team and with responsibility for managing the Solutions Sales Team and Internal Sales Team, you will take responsibility for driving sales and key account management, across the UK ensuring the business achieves its objectives.

National Sales Manager - The Rewards

GBP50,000 to GBP60,000
10% Annual Bonus
Company Car National Sales Manager - Requirements

Educated to Degree level in an Engineering / Technical discipline
Based within the North West with the ability to travel frequently
Previous experience in a similar role selling bespoke and off the shelf solutions within a capital / specialist equipment environment
Previous experience within the environmental technology sector, specifically industrial air filtration / extraction - Highly Beneficial
Track record / experience in developing strategic sales plans
Knowledge of ATEX and HSE requirements and wider industry legislation and standards applicable to Air Filtration / Extraction
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a sales team
A real self-starter with lots of enthusiasm and a sense of individuality
A supportive leader who has a passion for coaching and developing their team
P602 Qualified National Sales Manager - Responsibilities

Develop configured solutions sales in line with company targets and goals
Keep the configures solutions business in line with company targets and goals
Establish budget and planning for configured solutions business across the UK
Strategic long-term planning
Approve customer contracts
Maintain solution designs are in line with appropriate legislation and standards requirements
Develop the sales support systems / team to ensure customers receive a positive experience
Organise and plan resources with the Solutions Sales Team, managing succession planning and developing competencies
Manage and fully utilise the company CRM About Us
