You're confident handling inbound and outbound calls.
You're someone who enjoys working in collaboration with other colleagues to ensure a positive, ethical customer experience. You're someone who can quickly build up rapport and trust with colleagues and customers.
You're someone with strong attention to detail - you're computer literate and will always ensure that customer calls are accurately recorded on the system.
As well as excellent career opportunities, you'll get no Sunday shifts and very short Saturday shifts! You will also get a performance-based monthly bonus.
