What your typical day will look like???

Combining outsourced monthly payroll with the coordination of HR related activities

* Creation of HR Bulletins, which cover everything from Wellbeing to National Awareness Days

* Owning the sickness and absence process to support the business, including the wellbeing of employees and occupational health support

* Understanding the key drivers in our business and where we are performing against our HR KPI's, including monthly group reporting and management packs.

* Promote brands across all social media platforms, including design of content

* Keeping Sharepoint, and other HR systems up to date.

* Assist with recruitment planning, managing CV's, psychometric testing and arranging interviews

* Provide excellent communication to all internal and external customers

Payroll activities:

* Collate and distribute monthly information to the payroll provider, resolving any issues

* Coordinate and validate information for Year End for UK and Irish payroll.

* Co-ordinate and validate P11D information

* With the assistance of the HR Manager liaise with the company auditors to ensure all reports / questions etc are produced answered in line with audit timetable.

* Coordinate the payment of service bonuses, and annual VC payments in line with company policy.

* Produce employee financial references, IR references, solicitor's letters etc.
