Sales Negotiator for leading independent Estate Agent
A leading independent Estate Agency with multiple offices are currently seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join them in their office near Maidstone. Working with a highly experienced and professional, you will be responsible for selling a range of local properties in and around the Maidstone area. Properties include everything from starter properties in town to large farms/country properties in the surrounding villages.
The successful Sales Negotiator will be responsible for duties such as (but not limited to):
Arranging market appraisals/valuations
Arranging and accompanying viewings
Negotiating offers
Sales progression
Ring outs for new instructions/price reductions etc
Involvement in marketing ideas and activity
Social mediaThe successful Sales Negotiator will offer the following background/skill set:
At least 12 months experience within Estate Agency
Solid communication skills - both written and verbal
A keen team player
Driven and motivated by success - with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
Strong negotiation skills
