Global Sales Support Specialist
Our client is a world leader in precision engineering based in Paisley. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Coordinator to work alongside the global team in support of clients based world wide.
This is a great opportunity for someone to become an integral part of a mainstream, world wide business.The successful candidate will be degree educated in a relevant subject, marketing, business, engineering, supply chain etc. although other specialisms will be considered.
You will receive full training, all we ask is for at least one years work experience within a relevant business field.
Key Duties & Task
Raise quotations via the system ensuring the correct products and appropriate discounts
The Knowledge of ERP Business System would be an advantage
Provide support for sales enquires
Coordinate, compile and submit the relevant commercial and technical documentation
Process customer purchase orders
Be the primary contact for customers providing a high level of customer service
Maintain levels of service quality in line with management expectations
Skill
Strong communication skills
Excellent PC skills
First class time management
Great problem solving ability
Diligent
Focused, great attention to details
