Are you a strong HR administrator looking for their next step? If so, then this is a great role for you! Our client are one of the largest building suppliers in the UK and they're looking for a HR administrator to join their excellent team of 5!
Working within a team of 5, you'll be responsible for carrying out administration duties relating to employee relations whilst ensuring local spreadsheets and people systems are kept up to date. You will produce accurate weekly and monthly reports, as well as supporting the People Team or management team with ER issues, in particular with low level complexity absence, disciplinary and grievance issues including advice, minute taking, supporting meeting and writing relevant correspondence. Additionally to this, you will ensure accurate adherence to People procedures and policies within the organisation.
Ideally you will have a CIPD level 3, but this isn't essential and you will be working on Excel and Kronos systems.
