Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting on an exclusive basis for a key South Yorkshire based client in their search for a Marketing Retentions Manager. The role will initially operate remotely with a flexible working approach offered post Covid.
This is a newly created position and the successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and delivering the customer engagement strategy which will help to enhance the overall customer experience and drive loyalty in the existing customer base.
Your key responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
*Work cross functionally to support on the delivery of customer interactions across multi-platforms, focused on brand loyalty and churn reduction
*Create engaging content for social media, website and direct communications that helps drive customer retention
*Lead on internal communications, that will help deliver concise external messages
*Ability to produce high quality copy suitable for internal and external groups
*Facilitate customer forums to gather and use customer feedback to improve customer experience
*Create value from customer insight gathered through CSAT and NPS surveys
*Manage relationship and budget with external agencies ensuring ROI is delivered and budget controls are in place
*Basic Graphic Design work required for projects, utilising agency when more complex work is required
Experience Required:
*Customer centric, the successful candidate must understand how communications can influence a customer base
*Creative, be able to contribute to ideas around customer retention that could break the norm!
*Excellent copy writing skills
*Previous experience of working within a regulatory environment would be advantageous
*Ability to use Indesign / Photoshop and other design software
