Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Clevedon, Somerset
Salary: Paye (GBP16-GBP18 per hour) or Umbrella (GBP20.70-GBP23.30 per hour)
Hours: Shift Patterns

The Candidate
Must have working experience of leading, motivating and developing a team.
Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment.
HNC or equivalent in a manufacturing or engineering discipline is desirable.
Must have a responsible approach towards Health and Safety.
Must be able to work with detailed information in a logical and organised way
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Excellent IT literacy, being a competent user of MS office
Good interpersonal and team working skills
Self-motivated and resourceful
The Role
Manage a team of 25 members.
Support, lead and coordinate the team to be proactive in anticipating needs and exceeding business expectations.
Manage all activities relating to the effective operation of a defined Cell of employees to ensure all activities are on time and to standard.
To lead and develop a high performing multi skilled team in order to achieve individual, departmental and organisational objectives.
The role requires very close interaction with Cell Manufacturing Engineer and Cell Coordinator.
Shift Patterns
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm
Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm
Monday to Thursday 8pm - 6pm You will primarily be on one fixed shift; however, you must be able to work all shifts as flexibility is essential to cover the needs of the production area.
