Tradewind are working alongside an inclusive Secondary school in Potters Bar with links through their academy trust for Schools Direct or Teach First programmes and superb CPD!
** Cover Supervisors or Graduate's looking for school experience.
** Various positions in English, Maths and Science departments .
** Pay rates of GBP80 - GBP100 p/day based on school experience.
** Open to all graduates with a 2:1 or above and strong A-Levels/GCSE's
** Applications from experienced Teaching Assistants and Cover supervisors also welcome
** Excellent experience for those considering teaching - Could lead to a teacher training offer
Tradewind have been based in Hertfordshire for over 6 years and working nationally since 2002. We work alongside a range of Academies, schools and trusts across Hertfordshire North West London and Buckinghamshire. As a Graduate Cover Supervisor you'll be responsible for creating a calm and supportive environment for all pupils, working with small groups of pupils and on a 1-2-1 basis. Ongoing CPD is available through both Tradewind and this Trust who also offer either a salaried or non-salaried School Centred Initial Teacher Training programme. The experience gained at these schools will help support anyone considering teaching or a career in education going forward!
*The successful graduates will not only need a strong academic background but also an engaging and personable personality. You will need to demonstrate a passion for your chosen subject or degree specialism.
