An amazing opportunity has arisen with one of our clients, a leading manufacturing company, who are looking for a HR Team Leader to join their high performing team based in South Scotland.
The HR Team Leader, South Scotland, will be the primary manager for the HR Operations team and act as an HR Partner for specified site functional groups. Responsible for a compliant and positive employee relations approach, strengthening our employee engagement and driving down retention will deliver a strong manufacturing site culture.
The Ideal HR Team Leader will have effective management skills and employee development background, a strong ability to think strategically and pro actively to solve problems, including making timely and effective decisions in complex and ambiguous situations.
The HR Team Leader, South Scotland must have experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment and will ideally either a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
