Salary dependent on experience

Current hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm (whilst working from home)

On return to the office, hours will be 8am - 4.30pm and 9.30am - 6pm, alternating weekly

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Specialist to join a professional, friendly team.

Responsibilities Customer Service Specialist

To handle inbound and outbound traffic (fax, email, post, telephone) for pre-sales environment
To ensure all enquires, questions, issues and customer complaints are always fully resolved whilst applying reasoning over potential costs and liabilities
Accurate order processing, price checking and ensuring fulfilment where possible
To accurately record and process all call/customer information on to the Customer Service computer systems
First person contact for selected accounts, ensuring a high level of delivery performance
Load planning and vehicle utilisation, managing local systems including SAP, OTM
Managing bookings into the customer warehouse and liaison with the load planning team
Close liaison with both internal and external customers
To work as part of a team towards meeting and achieving, individual, team and department objectives
To be able to communicate with both external and internal customers at all levels
To have a continuous and high-level focus on customer service
To add to and aim to improve the working environment for individual, team and departmental levels
Actively contribute to individual, team and departmental improvements to ensure customer service is taken to the next level Skills / Experience
