IT Services Manager
My client is an industry-leading innovative business and is Europe's leading specialist firms within it's field.
This role is primarily about providing, enhancing, and maintaining secure, robust, and highly effective Information and Technology amenities that meet the needs of clients, business partners and colleagues in all offices.
It is a crucial role requiring a highly organised approach, strong technical capabilities, and good communication and project planning skills.
Day to Day Activities
- Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of current IT networks, equipment, systems and server applications
- Oversee provision of IT Support to all colleagues in all locations.
- Manage and coordinate the work of the team to provide sufficient and timely resource across all user and business needs and to ensure that the team continues to be held in high regard throughout the business
- Oversee relationships with key suppliers and the negotiation of new supplier contracts and service agreements.
Experience (Advantageous for role)
- Microsoft 365, Azure and Azure AD
- Windows Servers and on-prem AD
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices.
- Firewalls (Such as Fortinet)
