IT Support Engineer - Projects/Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join a reputable and rapidly expanding business near Alderley Edge.

This expanding IT function needs a motivated and technical Engineer to join them as a Senior member of the team, taking responsibility across projects and continuous improvements.

You will act as a 3rd line point of escalation where needed; however, focus your time on maintaining & enhancing their IT Estate across the UK.

You must have experience working on projects and any experience identifying shortfalls/assessing gaps would be beneficial.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting an IT environment at a 2nd/3rd line level alongside working on projects
• Must have the ability to communicate and interact with management & stakeholders at all levels
• Must have a broad range of technical skills
• Strong knowledge around; Office 365, Active Directory (Azure), VOIP Systems, LAN/WLAN, IT Security (anti virus, Firewalls management, Multi factor Authentication), Desktop Support, etc
