Are you an experienced Customer Service professional looking for a new role that is primarily working from home and give a much more in-depth customer experience?

A client of mine are recruiting for their busy and growing member services team. They are a unique company, with a unique and fun service on offer which makes the calls, emails and live chats you are on nice and queries are things you need to deal with quickly on arrival of the issue so are fast to see through to completion in most cases.

Responsibilities in this role:

??? Develop positive member relationships that lead to high levels of loyalty and retention, through both inbound and outbound initiatives

??? Work closely with our members to make sure they're happy with and able to use the platform successfully

??? Conflict resolution and mediation

??? Profile and listing concierging

The team operates between 7am-7pm, 7 days a week, so this role includes shift patterns on a rotation basis of 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm or 11pm-7pm. This includes weekends but is usually one per month on average with days off in the week.

I will be shortlisting and interviews will be held week of 14th-18th June for a hopeful start date on Monday 28th June permanently with the client.
