This role will be fully based in the office and us all getting back to normality!

40 hour contract per week paying GBP26k

Contractually you have to be flexible between 8am to 8pm however typical shift hours are between these times:

Monday-Friday 9am-7pm. Saturday 9am-5pm. Sunday 9am-1pm. Bank holidays 9am-5pm

Start dates are in June and July 2021

We are looking for individuals with a Customer Service and People Management focused background to join a growing household name business in Glasgow City Centre within the Insurance Sector.

Joining one of the market leaders in their field as a Customer Service Team Leader your focus will be on exceeding team performance and meeting business KPIs.

As a Customer Service Team Leader you will manage a team of customer service agents who will be targeted to meet all business objetcives.Your focus will be on ensuring that your team are supported and motivated daily.

Prior experience in financial services or contact centre would be an asset but is far from essential. If you have experience in a customer facing/people management role and a strong work history, we would be keen to speak with you. With first class training teams to take you through your first 3 weeks, our client can teach you the skills. What we can't teach and need you to bring is your:
