What we're looking for:

Do you have a background in Speech analytics that could support us in delivering data insights and solutions to a variety of business areas? We need someone who can communicate effectively with our partners, understand business needs and translate these into impactful outputs.

The ideal candidate is a teammate with solid understanding of data science techniques complemented with the soft skills to present results of the projects. Someone who have experience using Speech and Data tools for data analysis and a working knowledge of data manipulation tools. The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role helping implement a new instance of our speech setup for a new operational area, as well as the ongoing run and analytics of it.

Our expertise is often required to define the areas in which speech and data can help. As such, you will have excellent communication skills and learning which can support Business areas realise their core objectives. You will determine the best technical solution without necessarily needing explicit requirements.

What you'll be doing:

In this role you will contribute by taking ownership of provisioning and governance of all relevant speech and data requirements to facilitate outstanding planning across the team. This will include the utilisation of data and technologies to develop relevant insight to better advise the plan and the creation and development of new models/processes. Some other accountabilities will include:

Develop significant search categorisation within a speech analytics tool to increase accuracy of call interaction analysis
Ownership of the Speech Analytics output, working with various stakeholders to drive the MI and insight forward
Build robust performance scorecards that allows efficient and effective monitoring of call centre consultants with speech analytics tool
Complete analysis, identifying trends, patterns and revenue and/or cost savings opportunities and present back clear commercially focused results
Own strong relationship management with all partners to support sourcing data, explaining insight in a coherent manner and setting clear expectations of when requests will be completed in line with prioritisation
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to integrate additional data sources to improve speech analytics output; exploring new business opportunities and capabilities
To provide insight to ad-hoc requests, as well as develop solutions which track appropriate pieces of insight on an ongoing basis once analysed
Governance of processes with a clear inventory of owner, findings and process followed
Impacting knowledge and training users of Speech Analytics including team leaders, managers, quality assurance managers and other designated analysts
Undertake personal development necessary to maintain leading edge knowledge of analytics techniques and external trends within the insurance sector
