Payroll Administrator
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an accurate, organised and methodical individual to join a large public sector organisation at their Exeter HQ providing administration support to their payroll team.
Typical duties:
Scanning and Filing of all Police Officer and Police Staff payroll and pension records
Provide excellent customer service by dealing with telephone, email, postal and face to face enquiries where appropriate and take messages for referral to the relevant contact
Accurately input and update basic information onto the Agresso Payroll System (eg starters, overtime, basic payroll data).
Accurately respond to external requests for payroll information such as mortgage requests, CSA queries.
Be responsible for the printing and distribution of monthly postal payslips, P45s, P60 forms, P11d, and letters as requiredThis really is the perfect opportunity to gain experience within a busy payroll department, for anyone looking to build a career within finance.
