Adecco Harlow are proud to be working in partnership with a hugely successful, global business based in Harlow. There is a temporary position available for a Customer Service Account Manager, with potential to go permanent in the future.
The main purpose of this role is to generate sales and grow sales profitably within a defined customer base, engagement with customers and suppliers.
Key information:
Customer Service Account Manager
8.30am - 5pm, or, 9am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday (1 hour for lunch)
GBP10.75 per hour, plus 15% OTE bonus
Quarterly bonus incentive, based on hitting sales targets etc.
Virtual interviews are to be held Thursday 17th June
Key tasks and responsibilities:
To develop commercial strategy in conjunction with the account managers
Manage customer requests up to order placement
Co-ordination of the businesses resources and supplier resources to maximize product offering across all technologies
Develop customer relationships
Develop relationships with strategic suppliers to achieve advantage for the company
Exceed sales and profit objectives within area
Drive supplier specific sales
The right candidate for this role will have:
Excellent knowledge and experience of customer service practice and processes
You will need to be IT literate and moderately Tech Savvy
A polished and self-motivated approach to your responsibilities and duties
Enjoy supporting and working within a busy, sales environment
Ability to work in an organised manner and prioritise sales is key!
