TSR are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our client, a reputable UK Housebuilder located in Bourne. This is a brand-new role to support the growth of the business and as such it is essential that the successful candidate has relevant industry experience, ideally with previous experience working in-house for another UK Housebuilder.
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for;
* Creating engaging and compelling content
* Developing digital marketing strategies
* Driving online marketing campaigns
* Creating sales brochures
* Managing marketing budgets
* Reporting on ROI
* Coordinating events
* Producing on-brand marketing collateral
Reporting into the Sales Director you will be responsible for the Digital Marketing Coordinator who will be on board to support you and the business to continue to grow and succeed.
To be successful in this role it is essential you have the following skills;
* SEO
* Paid Media
* PPC
* Word Press
* Customer Experience
* Proven success of running campaigns.
* Housebuilding / Property industry experience
