About the Role
Two Rivers Recruitment is in the market for an ambitious Resourcer, to support a wide range of activities in our business across different sectors. Based just outside Glasgow city-centre, we have experienced considerable success in our early years, which means we need to add some quality additions to our team. The Resourcing Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to consultants and hiring managers, as well as supporting the MD in handling candidate-related matters. We are searching for someone who is highly organised, personable, and who is already thinking about being more involved in the sourcing and selection of candidates.

About the Job
If successful, your key responsibilities for the Resourcer role will be:
* To provide a comprehensive Resourcing administrative service for the business including first-class end-to-end resourcing from the creation of adverts to issuing of offer letters.
* To use an applicant tracking system, entering data into relevant systems and ensuring data quality.
* To ensure that administrative processes are undertaken in line with legal requirements.
* To work collaboratively with colleagues in the business, to ensure overall Candidate Experience is outstanding.
About the Person
So, what type of person is likely to succeed in this environment? We're looking for someone with previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing administrative role. Whilst you'll be given plenty of support and all the right tools, you will have no problem picking up issues and running with them when necessary. Using your initiative will be key, but you will also be adept with your communication and collaborative skills. We're a small team, so being adaptable is really important. Some days, you might be formatting a bunch of CV's and the next sourcing for a niche hard-to-fill role or working with the MD on the next big project.
Reward Package
Our expectations for you will be high, but our aspirations are unlimited. We will offer a salary of GBP23k to GBP25k depending on experience. You will also receive a benefits package which will include a performance bonus, private healthcare, and free gym membership. Laptop and phone with unlimited calls are provided as standard. We will also provide you with all of the equipment you need to work from home, including a desk, ergonomic chair, and printer.
