THE ROLE
The candidate will be drafting and agreeing of sales and procurement agreements, along with analysis and negotiation of contract terms and conditions. You will be expected to analyse and agreement of NDAs, MOUs, teaming agreements, JVs. You will also be reviewing and approving proposals, prime and sub- contracts, ensuring adherence to company governance requirements and procedures. The role will require you to provide commercial support to bid teams, including supporting the development of the commercial elements of tender responses and influencing early bid strategy. The candidate must have excellent stakeholder management skills and be happy dealing with senior management.
