This role will involve supporting customer requirements to deliver excellent customer service from order acceptance through to delivery of product. Working together with the Commercial Team to ensure a Right First-Time attitude to all customer orders.

THE ROLE
* Maintaining effective communication with customers
* Receiving new orders from customers and processing on SAP after checking availability, price and agreeing a delivery date
* Keeping customers advised of any delays
* Arranging sample requests and pre-shipment samples
* Logging and following through customer complaints
* Creation of new Accounts
* Ensuring that Customer Master Data is kept up to date
* Processing end of Month Consignment stock usage
* Working closely with other departments
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Previous experience in a similar office-based role
* Good administrative and IT skills
* A customer focused approach
* Strong planning and organisational abilities
