GBP10.50 per hour

Our client is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to work from home on a weekend & in the office during the week.

You will be required to attend the offices in Northampton, during the daytime for 2 weeks training.

In this Customer Care Advisor role you will be responsible for:

Answering inbound customer calls
Assisting customers who log on to our web Live Chat
Resolving customer complaints
Assisting customer queries on product ranges
Checking results have been issued to customers, and resending where applicable
Daily management of the joint inbox
Ensuring customer records are kept up to date

In order to be successful as a Customer Care Advisor you must have the following:

Experience in a similar customer service role is essential
Problem solving, analytical skills and methodical thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player with excellent time management skills and good attention to detail
Good working knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel)
