Now is an exciting time to join Dreams, the UKs number one specialist bed retailer. Due to our business expanding we are currently looking for a Full Time Retail Sales Advisor, to support our Stores in Liverpool and surrounding areas, the successful candidate must be able to drive and have the flexibility to work in various locations Retail is vital for the success of our brand. Working in store you will be customer facing, ensuring that all our customers have an exceptional customer journey whilst they shop in store. Using our industry leading Sleepmatch technology together with your excellent communication skills, you will work with each individual customer to ensure that we find them their great nights sleep. A passion for a personal sense of achievement, teamed with drive to hit both individual and store targets is essential.
You should be able to demonstrate ambition to succeed and will in turn be provided with the tools and training to fulfil that desire.
Whilst no previous sales experience is necessary you need to have the determination and self-motivation to work towards KPIs and sales targets and the confidence to approach customers and negotiate sales.

Dreams are operational 7 days a week, so this role will involve working weekends and bank holidays.
