Talent Acquisition Officer

Are you experienced in recruiting but seeking a change of environment and a move away from a sales and commission structure? If so, we have a rare opportunity within a very highly regarded law firm for a Talent Acquisition Officer or Manager to work as a part of the Talent Acquisition Team to manage the recruitment of open vacancies into allocated business areas.
You will be an exceptional brand ambassador, ensuring all applicants receive the best possible experience and understand the firms' values and employer value proposition.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
* Manage the end-to-end hiring process for hires at all levels.
* Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
* Source active and passive candidates through diverse talent pipelines.
* Maintain timely and professional channels of communication with all candidates and job applicants.
* Work internally with other Talent Acquisition / HR team members to share knowledge, best practice with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Support the firm's graduate recruitment, summer intern programme and trainee training initiatives.
* Managing and delivering recruitment reports and KPI data when required.
Required Skills/Experience:
* Proven experience as an agency recruiter or in house talent acquisition officer/manager is essential.
* Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding.
* Advanced understanding of effective selection methods and techniques.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Well-organized and able to manage multiple assignments.
* Well-developed knowledge of relevant employment law and recruitment best practice.
* Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
* Legal knowledge would be an advantage but not essential, so long as you are keen to learn, as training can be provided.
