As the Customer Service / Sales Coordinator you will be joining a small customer service and technical team who are a world leading automotive components supplier to vehicle manufacturers. You will be providing aftermarket and equipment support to their customers and internal teams. This role is going to be busy, varied and will involve customer enquiries, telephone, on line support, problem solving any order queries and processing orders. This role is a full time permanent position based on 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Main Responsibilities:
Managing customer enquiries from initial call through to completion
Processing sales orders
Managing the movement of any loan equipment
Log, monitor and follow-up on any customer complaints
Arranging the uplift of products
Ensure license renewals are promptly actioned.
Direct liaison with customers (telephone and email) and liaison with colleagues across the business
Providing back office support to the external sales team
Working collaboratively as a team to support each other when needed Skills, attributes, and characteristics
Genuine enthusiasm and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
A driven individual with a commercial mindset
Excellent organisational skills
Build close working relationships with all internal departments
Improvements with products and services, always looking to reduce efficiencies and costs
Relationship builder with strong communication skills
Demonstrable ability to show initiative and work as part of a team
Accurate data input skills and strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & Teams)
Knowledge of SAP is desirable
Flexible approach to work
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise your time well What's In it for you:
Joining a market leader, with large modern large offices. The hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5pm with an early finish on a rotated Friday. The salary offered is between GBP23,000 - GBP25,000 depending on experience as well as offering great facilities, free parking, 25 day holiday and company pension.
Please note due to the rural location all applicants will need access to their own transport for this role
