The Role:
Due to our client being a busy Conveyancing firm, they would be looking for an individual to expand their growing team, this candidate would take on the role of a Conveyancing Team Manager.
Day to day requirements include:
Contribute to first class service provided to our clients, customers and third parties in residential conveyancing matters.
Strengthen and build on your relationship with clients, customers and third parties, putting them at the heart of what we do.
Provide effective conveyancing and management support as well as considering your teams wellbeing on a day-to-day basis.
You will be responsible for all work undertaken by the team by making sure the Business Policies and Practices are adhered to.
Making sure all files must be fully compliant, and customer and client satisfaction must be the aim on every transaction.
Ensuring that all KPI's (Key Performance Indictors) and objectives set by the company must be met and achieved by the team on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
You will be responsible for your team members training, coaching, mentoring, supervision, progression, and wellbeing.
You will help to identify any development needs within the team whilst embracing and encouraging training.
Undertake monthly 1 to 1's with each team member to review their results and praise where appropriate, as well as discuss and plan around area requiring improvement.
The Candidate:
Experienced in Residential Conveyancing
At least 3 years' experience in conveyancing
Excellent communication skills
Managerial experience desirable but not essential
Strong problem-solving skills
