Our client is looking for a home based Neighbourhood Officer. In this role you will have your own patch of properties and will deliver a high quality service to their customers. Working as part of the Communities and Neighbourhoods team you will provide a front line housing service helping to create sustainable communities.

You will be a visible presence on estates and neighbourhoods, focusing on providing a comprehensive estate and tenancy management service, which will include dealing with anti-social behaviour, complaints, and neighbour disputes. You will work closely with customers to develop strong relationships with local communities while building positive and collaborative relationships with key agencies and internal teams.

This role is a full time role working 35 hours a week and will be home based.

They are looking for somebody who has:

Experience of working with customers from diverse backgrounds tackling complex issues ideally housing related. You will be customer focused and keen to deliver high standards. You will have first class organisation skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and excellent communication skills.

As you will be required to travel to properties/sites and attend other Group offices, you are required to have a driving licence and use of own vehicle or alternative means of getting to the required locations. This role requires a DBS check.
